Description
Folic acid 400μg (as calcium L-methylfolate) is a food supplement that provides folic acid, one of the B vitamins. It is involved in the synthesis of nucleic acids (DNA, RNA), fat metabolism and the transformation of some amino acids into others.
Folic acid as calcium L-methylfolate is the stable, pure crystalline form of the predominant naturally occurring form of folate. It is therefore the most bioavailable form because it does not require any conversion and is therefore directly utilisable by the body.
Free from sugar, starch, gluten, wheat, soya, yeast, dairy products, preservatives or artificial flavourings or colourings. Suitable for vegans.

How to take

Cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose.
