Description
Food supplement providing 1300mg of evening primrose oil per capsule containing the equivalent of 130mg of GLA. Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) is an essential polyunsaturated fatty acid. This oil is obtained by cold pressing and therefore contains no solvent residues (hexane). Evening primrose oil is a precursor of prostaglandins, which are regulators associated with many of the body's metabolic functions. It provides polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), which help maintain optimal comfort during menstruation and are necessary for important physiological processes, including normal skin and hair growth and important for healthy, problem-free skin.

How to take

Soft capsule shell (gelatine, vegetable glycerine).
