Please note that air transport restrictions may affect the estimated delivery time or return of items.
Registered Shipping - Local Postal Carrier
This shipping method is available only for orders up to 4.4 lbs.
Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination country. You can simulate the delivery time for your country during checkout.
This shipping option is not available for dangerous goods (flammable liquids and aerosols).

Express Shipping – DHL Express
Shipping costs are determined based on the destination country, the total weight of the order, and the specific characteristics of the purchased products. You can estimate shipping costs directly in your shopping cart.
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination country. You can simulate the delivery time for your country during checkout.
A $21 fee will apply for deliveries to remote areas.
A $25 fee will be applied to all orders that include dangerous goods (flammable liquids and aerosols).
This shipping method is not available for orders containing SPF products.

Shipping Discount Program
To support our international customers, we offer a shipping cost discount based on your order value. For every $100 spent, you receive $20 off your shipping fees.
The discount is automatically applied at checkout based on your total order amount. The final shipping cost will reflect the discount shown above.

Receiving Your Order Safely
Upon delivery, please check the condition of the package. You should refuse the order if it shows any of the following issues:
- Open or damaged box;
- Tampered or patched tape, or tape that differs from LS Beauty’s original tape.
If you prefer to accept the package despite these issues, please ask the delivery agent to note the condition and write "Reservations upon delivery, subject to inspection," detailing the condition of the package.
If you find any issue after inspecting the order, contact our customer support team within 1 business day. If you accept the order with visible issues without noting reservations, LS Beauty cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of items during transit.
Order Cancellation
LS Beauty may cancel an order in the following cases:
- Product unavailability;
- Non-payment by the customer;
- Incorrect price due to a manual or system error.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
2nd Shipping Attempt
If the delivery fails for reasons outside the control of the carrier or LS Beauty, you may request a second shipment at an additional cost*.
The following situations are the customer’s responsibility:
- Order is not accepted or refused at the address;
- Order is not picked up at the collection point within the allotted time;
- Order contains incorrect information, such as incomplete address or invalid postal code.
If you choose not to request a second shipment, we will refund the product cost minus shipping fees, once the order is received back by us.

International Customers
We ship worldwide. If you do not see your country listed in the shopping bag, please contact us for a quote.
LS Beauty complies with the laws and commercial authorizations in force in Portugal and cannot be held responsible for shipping substances not authorized in the destination country. In such cases:
- If the package is automatically returned due to entry restrictions, once we receive the returned order, we will refund the product cost minus return shipping fees and any applicable Portuguese customs charges.
- If the return cost is accepted, it will be deducted from the product refund. If the cost is not accepted, or we receive no response within 3 business days, LS Beauty reserves the right not to retrieve the order, abandon it for destruction by the carrier, and no refund will be issued.
Due to customs regulations, some destinations only allow the option to return the order, with the customer covering the cost.
If an address change is required after dispatch due to incorrect/incomplete address, a fixed charge of $10 will apply.
In rare cases, customers may need to pick up their orders from the nearest post office.
Customs Duties and Taxes
All international orders are shipped under the DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) term. This means that all import duties, tariffs, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
The carrier will collect these charges directly upon delivery. Failure to pay the required duties or tariffs may result in the package being returned or destroyed by customs authorities. In such cases, LS Beauty reserves the right to deduct any related costs from the refund or, if the package is abandoned, to withhold the refund entirely.
United States
For shipments to the United States, a 15% import tariff applies. This tariff will be collected by the carrier (e.g., DHL Express) upon delivery, in addition to any applicable local duties or taxes.

Orders are shipped and delivered on business days only.
LS Beauty is not responsible for delays attributed to the carriers. However, if delivery exceeds the estimated time, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
The transit time is calculated from when the order leaves our warehouse.
During peak periods, certain delivery services may be temporarily unavailable, and delivery dates may be adjusted due to internal logistical or carrier-related constraints.
