How to apply
Swipe along the upper or lower lash line to define and enhance the gaze. For about 60 seconds, blend with a soft brush or cotton swab for a soft effect before the formula dries and sets. It can also be used as a base for eyeshadow or powder eyeshadow across the eyelid.
