Return Policy

If the customer finds that the product does not meet their expectations, they may return it within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt, as recorded by the shipping service's tracking, without the need to provide a reason.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Any product that has been fully or partially assembled, modified, and/or used;
  • Any product with a tampered package;
  • Intimate or personal items, for hygiene reasons;
  • Custom-made items or special orders requested by the customer.

In the case of a manufacturing defect, an exception will be made to point 2.

The item must remain in its original packaging, retaining all accessories and usage instructions.

The return request can be made via email to support@lsbeauty.com. Please attach a copy of the invoice and photos proving the product(s) in question have not been tampered with or damaged.

Once the necessary information is gathered, our team will contact you to establish the return process.

The cost of shipping back to our logistics facilities is always borne by the customer. LS Beauty offers a pickup service that the customer can request.

If the order initially benefited from a shipping discount, it will be reassessed to determine if it still qualifies for the discount after the return. To qualify, the final order value after the return must meet the conditions set forth in the promotion. This value varies depending on the geographic delivery area.

If the above conditions are met, the corresponding amount will be refunded via the selected payment method or by bank transfer (IBAN) within a maximum of 8 days after the items are received in our warehouse.

Procedure and Deadlines

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, the customer must send LS Beauty the completed a clear statement of intent to withdraw, either by electronic means to support@lsbeauty.com, by registered mail to: Onlifarma, Rua Engenheiro Agnelo Prazeres, No. 101 - Oiã, Oliveira do Bairro, Portugal, or by any other durable means. This must be done within 30 days from the date the customer, or a third party other than the carrier designated by the customer, took physical possession of the goods. LS Beauty will acknowledge receipt of the withdrawal request within 24 working hours. Following the notification of contract withdrawal, the customer has up to 30 days to return all items to LS Beauty.

Inspection of Goods

As stated in the previous point, LS Beauty reserves the right to withhold the refund until the condition of returned goods is verified, as this is essential for the refund process. Under Article 14(2) of the Decree-Law, any item abusively used and/or handled by the customer will be considered non-compliant, paying particular attention to items with proprietary packaging, which must also be returned in excellent condition.

Order Cancellation

LS Beauty may cancel an order in the following situations:

  • Product unavailability;
  • Non-payment of the order;
  • Incorrect price due to manual or computer error.

Product Sale Price

The sale price of each product is determined by LS Beauty and may change at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed to the customer.

The displayed sale price includes product delivery costs when applicable.

Product prices are those presented unless an error is detected by LS Beauty before the delivery. In such cases, the customer will be immediately contacted via the provided email to either maintain the order at the correct price or cancel it.

All catalog products are subject to discounts, except for out-of-stock items.

International Customers

We ship worldwide. If your country is not listed in the checkout countries, please contact us for a quote.

LS Beauty is governed by the legislation and marketing authorizations in force in Portugal and is not responsible for shipping items that are not authorized for sale at the delivery location. In such cases:

  • If the shipment is automatically returned due to the non-authorization of entry of the goods into the destination country, after receipt of the returned order at our logistics, we will refund the product value minus the return cost and applicable Portuguese customs fees.
  • If the amount is accepted, it is deducted from the product refund. If the amount is not accepted, or if we do not receive a response within 3 business days, LS Beauty reserves the right not to retrieve the order, to abandon it with the carrier (thus leading to its destruction), and consequently not refund any amount to the customer.

For customs processing, in some specific destinations, the option to return may not be available and is automatically executed, with the cost borne by our customer.

After the order has been dispatched, any need to change the address due to insufficient/incorrect address or different address from the original will incur a fixed charge of 10$ to the customer.

Although infrequent, in specific cases, the customer may need to go to the nearest post office to collect the order.

Customs Duties and Taxes

All taxes, customs duties, and applicable shipping fees resulting from the order are the customer’s responsibility. All items are shipped DDU – Delivery Duties Unpaid.

Any additional fees or unauthorized shipping costs will be deducted from the customer's refund.
