How to apply
Easy to insert:
Wash your hands. Twist and remove the packaging from the tampon. Pull the removal string and insert the tampon in the correct direction. If there is resistance, adjust your body position or the angle of the tampon. When correctly positioned, it should not be felt. If it is still noticeable, push a little further. The string should remain visible after insertion. Wash your hands again.

Easy to remove:
Wash your hands. Pull the removal string. If there is difficulty removing it, the tampon may not be saturated, so it is recommended to use one with lower absorption next time. If the string cannot be found, adopt a squatting position, apply pressure, and try to remove it with two fingers. If removal is impossible, seek a gynaecologist.
