How to use
Easy to insert:
Wash your hands. Twist and remove the wrapper from the tampon. Pull the removal string and insert the tampon in the correct direction. If there's resistance, adjust your body position or the angle of the tampon. When correctly positioned, it should not be felt. If it is still noticeable, push a little further. The string should remain visible after insertion. Wash your hands again.
Easy to remove:
Wash your hands. Pull the removal string. If there is difficulty in removal, the tampon may not be saturated, so it's recommended to use one with lower absorption next time. If the string cannot be found, adopt a squatting position, push, and try to remove it with two fingers. If removal is impossible, consult a gynaecologist.
