Each serving provides 80% protein, only 3.3g of carbohydrates and is enriched with 6 vitamins, 5 minerals, and glutamine. How to take
Mix 30g of powder (i.e., 3 level scoops) in 80ml of water or milk, then shake vigorously in a shaker or blender.

Composition
Whey isolate (emulsifiers; soybean or sunflower lecithins) (milk), cocoa powder, cane sugar, natural flavours, L-glutamine, potassium carbonate, magnesium citrate, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, B12, zinc sulphate, potassium iodate, chromium chloride. May contain traces of egg, soy, gluten, mustard, fish, celery, tree nuts.

Precautions
Drink 1.5 to 2 litres of water per day.
