How to take
Mix 30g of powder (that is, 3 level scoops) in 80ml of water or milk and then shake vigorously in a shaker or blender.

Composition
Whey isolate (emulsifiers; soy or sunflower lecithin) (milk), cocoa powder, cane sugar, natural flavours, L-glutamine, potassium carbonate, magnesium citrate, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, B12, zinc sulfate, potassium iodate, chromium chloride. May contain traces of egg, soy, gluten, mustard, fish, celery, and nuts.

Precautions
Drink 1.5 to 2 litres of water per day.
