How to take
Take 1 SunISDIN capsule a day, in the morning, during the period of sun exposure, starting at least 15 days before the first exposure. The capsules should be swallowed whole and with plenty of liquid.

Gelatine, sunflower oil, humectant (E422), polypodium extract (Polypodium leucotomos Poir), lycopene, green tea extract (Camellia sinensis (L. ) Kuntze), emulsifier (E322), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), lutein, thickener (E341), D-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E), triglycerides, beta-carotene (vitamin A), vine seed extract (Vitis vinifera L.), emulsifier (E901), colour (E172), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), sodium selenite (selenium).
