How to use
Sterilize the cup before first use and at the end of each cycle.

Insertion: Take a comfortable position with legs apart. Gently separate the vaginal lips with one hand and delicately insert the folded cup with the other, keeping it folded until it is fully inserted into the vagina. Check if it is placed correctly and has opened properly by running a finger around it or gently pulling it slightly out. If it is correctly positioned and has created a vacuum, it should not slide.

Removal: Wash your hands well before removing the cup. Spread your legs and insert your fingers into the vagina. Hold the base of the cup, press sideways to release the vacuum, and gently remove it with zig-zag movements. Empty the contents and, whenever possible, wash the cup with water and soap. If washing isn’t possible, clean it with paper before reinserting it, following the previous steps.
