How to apply
Slide along the upper or lower lash line to define and enhance the eyes. For about 60 seconds, blend with a soft brush or cotton swab for a diffused effect before the formula dries and sets. It can also be used as an eyeshadow base or powder eyeshadow along the eyelid.
