How to take
Adults and children over 12: Take 20ml (2 tablespoons), 30 minutes before travel or the onset of symptoms, and repeat every 4-6 hours if necessary.
Children aged 6 to 11: Take 10ml (1 tablespoon), 30 minutes before travel or onset of symptoms, and repeat every 4-6 hours if necessary.
Children aged 3 to 5 years: Take 5ml (1 teaspoon), 30 minutes before travel or symptom onset, and repeat every 4-6 hours if necessary.

Composition
Per 100ml: Sweetener: Maltitol syrups. Stabilizer: Glycerol. Water, Natural Flavors, Standardized Dry Extract of Ginger (Zingiber Officinale) - 1.33g (Equivalent to 2.5g of Ginger Powder*). Preservatives: Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate. Thickener: Xanthan Gum. Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid.
