How to take Thalgo Activ Minceur Capteur Nutritional Supplement 45 Tablets
In an intensive program, 1 tablet after each meal (morning, afternoon, and evening) for 15 days. Occasionally, to manage dietary deviations, 3 tablets after meals that are very high in fats and sugars.
This product contains fibers, so it is recommended to drink at least 2 litres of water per day to avoid slowing down intestinal transit.
