Solgar Ultimate Bone Support is a food supplement that provides key minerals such as Calcium, Magnesium, Copper, Boron, Zinc, Vitamin K2 and D. Four tablets taken according to the instructions provide significant amounts of the reference values for calcium, magnesium, zinc, vitamin K and D to achieve the beneficial effects described.

How to take
