Solgar Methylcobalamin is a supplement containing 1000μg of Methylcobalamin, the natural form of Vitamin B12. One of the many functions of this nutrient is to reduce fatigue and stimulate vitality.
It is a water-soluble vitamin found naturally in fish, dairy products and meats such as beef and pork, as well as in some fortified foods.

How to take
