Solgar L-Lysine is a dietary supplement that provides the essential amino acid L-lysine in its free form, pre-digested for maximum absorption.
It is free from sugar, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, soy and dairy products. Formulated without the use of preservatives, flavourings or artificial colourings. Vegan, vegetarian, kosher.

How to take
As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1 tablet per day, with food or water, between meals, or as directed by your physician or healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Composition
L-Lysine (as HCl) (free form) 1000mg.
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose.
Anti-caking agents: fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
Coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vegetable glycerin (derived from palm and coconut fat).
Thickener: crosslinked sodium carboxymethylcellulose.

Precautions
The use of this supplement is not recommended for prolonged periods (more than 6 months), as it may lead to an imbalance of arginine.
