Solgar L-Lysine is a food supplement that provides the essential amino acid L-lysine in its free form, pre-digested for maximum absorption.
It is free from sugar, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, soya and dairy products. Formulated without the use of preservatives, flavourings or artificial colours. Vegan, vegetarian, kosher.

How to take
As a food supplement for adults, take 1 tablet a day, with juice or water, between meals, or as prescribed by your doctor or healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Composition
L-Lysine (as HCl) (free form) 1000mg.
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose.
Anti-caking agents: fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
Coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, vegetable glycerine (from palm and coconut fat).
Thickener: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose.

Precautions
It is not advisable to take these supplements for prolonged periods (more than 6 months) as they may lead to an arginine imbalance.
