Per ampoule: Glucosamine Sulphate 1000mg; MSM 400mg; Shark Cartilage Extract 100mg (Shark Cartilage 400mg); Ulmaria flower dry extract 100mg (Ulmaria plant 500mg) (Salicylin 0.2mg); Coindrointine Sulphate 50mg; Vitamin C 80 mg (100% VRN); Hyaluronic Acid 10mg; Vitamin D 5 µg (100% VRN).

How to take
