Description
Serenum tecnilor® is a food supplement that has been developed to help maintain general well-being and contribute to quality sleep, allowing restful sleep due to the combined effect of its constituents that will reduce muscle and nervous tension (agitation), help you have a restful night's sleep, have no side effects and do not cause habituation.
It is through sleep that we regain the physical and mental strength to face our daily lives. Poor quality sleep can lead to daytime tiredness, reduced concentration, irritability, and general malfunction.
How to take
1 tablet before going to bed.
Composition
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root; magnesium oxide; chamomile (Matricaria recutita) flower; calcium carbonate; bulking agent: povidone; dry extract of hops (Humulus lupulus); passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) plant; bulking agent: corn starch; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, talc, silica dioxide; melatonin.
