How to use
Tilt your head to one side.
Place the applicator in the upper nostril and press firmly for 1 to 2 seconds.
Leave the solution to act for a few seconds.
Repeat the process in the other nostril.
Blow your nose (for adults and children aged 6 and over).
Rinse the applicator with warm water after each use and dry thoroughly.

Precautions
Contents under pressure: keep away from direct sunlight and do not expose to temperatures above 50 °C. Do not puncture or burn the packaging, even after it has been emptied. Pressurized device: may burst if heated. Keep away from heat, sparks, flames or hot surfaces.
