How to use
Add the contents of one Rhinodouche Salt sachet.
Fill a bottle with 500ml of clean lukewarm water* and screw on the nasal adapter cap, ensuring a tight seal. Shake until the salts are completely dissolved.
Lean your head over the sink and insert the nasal adapter into one nostril. Gently but steadily squeeze the bottle, breathing through your mouth. Repeat the steps in the other nostril until the solution is exhausted.

* Use drinking water from a supply network that guarantees the absence of pathogenic microorganisms. If this is not possible, use boiled or sterilized water.
* The water temperature should be lukewarm (35-39 ºC) for comfort.
