Description
Shatavari, the Sanskrit name for the Asparagus racemosus plant, translates as ‘she who has 100 husbands’, referring to its usefulness for the well-being of women and men. It is considered a Rasayana by Ayurvedic medicine and was already mentioned in the ancient texts Righveda and Atharvaveda.
This supplement supports the function of both the male and female reproductive systems, can be used in cases of male infertility and sexual weakness, and can help in cases of female infertility. It is also a uterine tonic; it helps to maintain balance in female physiology at the beginning of and during the menopause.

How to take
Take 1 to 2 capsules twice a day, with a glass of water, with meals. It can be continued as long as necessary.

Per 4 capsules: Asparagus racemosus (rhizome) 1600 mg *of organic origin.
Precautions
