How to take
Start with one measuring spoon/day. If necessary increase 1 measured spoon every 3 days until you find the appropriate dose. Children: start with 1/2 measuring spoon/day, and if necessary, increase to 1.

Partially hydrolyzed Guar gum.

Precautions
Do not exceed the daily dose of 5 measured spoons. Use under medicalsupervision. Not suitable as a single food source. It is recommended only for those over 3 years of age.
