How to apply OPI Nail Lacquer Do You Lilac It? 15ml
Step 1 - Apply a layer of OPI Natural Nail Base Coat on clean and dry nails, from the cuticles to the tip of the nail.
Step 2 - Apply a layer of your favorite Nail Lacquer color varnish, from the center of the nail to the tip and then continuing to the sides. Apply a second layer to ensure complete coverage.
Step 3 ? Finish with a layer of OPI Top Coat to seal the color and avoid stains and marks up to 7 days.
