How to apply
Apply morning and/or evening: warm the milk between the palms of your hands. Apply from bottom to top, with an open hand on the arms and alternately with open hands on the stomach, thighs and buttocks. Work on the texture using figure-of-eight movements: press down with pressure, in an upward movement to lift the tissues, and gently move down, this time without pressure, to reposition. For smooth, soft skin, exfoliate your body once or twice a week.
