Description
ErgyNatal is a formula specially adapted to meet the nutritional needs of the future mother. ErgyNatal is particularly rich in: Zinc that supports fertility; Vitamin B9 that supports maternal tissue growth during pregnancy and normal blood formation; Iodine and vitamin D that contribute to the proper growth of the child; Iron that contributes to the normal formation of erythrocytes and haemoglobin in the blood; Vitamins B and C, iron, and magnesium that help reduce fatigue; Chromium, which plays a role in maintaining blood sugar levels. The formula of ErgyNatal has been optimised by the addition of methylated vitamins B9 and B12, an active form for better absorption. Reformulated into a vegetable capsule, ErgyNatal is guaranteed to be free from colourings, preservatives, and allergens. The consumption of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) by the mother contributes to the normal development of the eyes and brain of the fetus and the breastfed child. The beneficial effect is achieved through the consumption of 200 mg of DHA per day, in addition to the recommended daily dose of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, which is 250 mg of DHA and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). Ergy 3 and SynerBiol contain omega-3 and can be recommended as a supplement to ErgyNatal.

Per 2 capsules: magnesium carbonate and citrate - 112mg, vitamin C (calcium ascorbate) - 40mg, zinc gluconates - 6mg, vitamins B1 (thiamine hydrochloride) - 1.1mg, B2 (riboflavin) - 1.4mg, B3 (niacinamide) - 16mg, B5 (calcium D-pantothenate) - 6mg, B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) - 1.4mg, B9 (calcium L-methylfolate) - 400µg, B12 (methylcobalamin), iron bisglycinate, marine magnesium (magnesium oxide), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol succinate), sodium selenite, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), potassium iodide, chromium chloride. Vegetable capsule (pullulan from tapioca).
