How to take
Adult: 10 to 20ml per day, depending on the intensity of discomfort, for 10 days, during the second half of the cycle.
Aged 12 to 17: 10ml per day, for 10 days, during the second
half of the cycle.
A slight cloudy deposit is normal; shake well before use, diluted in a glass of water (150ml).

Composition
Aqueous solution of trace elements (filtered water, concentrated sea water without sodium, patented standardised extract of lithothamnium - Phymatolithon calcareum Pall., zinc, iron, and copper gluconates, chromium chloride, manganese sulfate, sodium molybdate and selenite), stabiliser: vegetable glycerol; extracts of agnus-castus (Vitex agnus-castus L.), cumin (Cuminum cyminum L.), hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis L.), lady's mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris Auct.) and thyme (Thymus vulgaris L.), magnesium citrate-malate, zinc chloride, preservative: potassium sorbate; acidifier: lactic acid; natural flavour.

Precautions
Not to be administered to children under 12 years of age (thyme), should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women (agnus-castus, thyme). Not recommended for women with personal or family history of breast cancer (agnus-castus).
Store in a cool place at Tº <25º C and dry, protected from light, out of reach of children.
