How to take
Take 1 capsule a day with a meal.

Composition
Extracts of Turmeric (Curcuma Longa L.), Black Pepper (Piper Nigrum L.) and Broccoli (Brassica Oleracea L.), N-acetylcysteine (Nac), Zinc Gluconate, Anti-caking agent: Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids; Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide). Capsule: Fish gelatine, Colour: Iron oxide and hydroxide.

Precautions
Consultation with a health professional is recommended in the case of hypothyroidism, thyroid treatment (broccoli) or when taking other medications (NAC, turmeric), liver or gallbladder disease (turmeric).
