Ubiquinol, the reduced and active form of coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), is recognised for its ability to neutralise free radicals in the body. Found in all cells, especially in high concentrations in the heart, CoQ10 plays a key role in mitochondrial energy production and acts as a powerful fat-soluble antioxidant. This makes this supplement ideal for supporting energy production and protecting against free radical damage in organs such as the heart, blood vessels, brain and neurons. In addition, ubiquinol is highly bioavailable, and the inclusion of MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides) improves its solubility and intestinal absorption.

How to take
Take 1 capsule a day with a meal containing fat.

MCT Oil (Medium Chain Triglycerides), Softgel Capsule [Bovine Gelatine (BSE Free), Glycerin, Water, Carob) and Beeswax].
