Normolip 5 Forte is a dietary supplement based on standardized extract of Berberis Aristata, fermented red rice from Monascus Purpureus, milk thistle, folic acid, coenzyme Q10, with chromium and policosanol.
With Berberine that helps to reduce plasma levels of cholesterol and triglycerides and contributes to cardiovascular health.
The milk thistle contributes to the maintenance of liver health, essential for the proper production of endogenous cholesterol.
The monacolins from fermented red rice help to reduce cholesterol levels.
Policosanol decreases hepatic biosynthesis of cholesterol, reduces the risk of thrombosis, and improves blood circulation to the brain.
CoQ10 is essential for cellular energy production - it prevents muscle pain caused by the use of statins.
Folic acid contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine, important for combating cardiovascular diseases.
Berberine, together with chromium, helps to control blood sugar levels.

Berberis (Berberis aristata DC) - 588 mg; dry extract tit 80% Berberine Hydrochloride - 500 mg; Milk thistle (Sylibum marianum L. Gaertn) - 80 mg; Red rice (fermented with Monascus purpureus) (Oryza sativa) - 58 mg; dry extract tt 5% of total monacolins - 2.9 mg; CoQ10 (ubiquinone) - 10 mg; Policosanols tit at 60%  (from Oryza sativa L seeds) - 10 mg, of which octacosanol - 6 mg; Chromium (chromium picolinate) - 40 mcg; Folic acid (pteroilmonoglutamic acid) - 200 mcg

How to take
It is recommended to take 1 tablet with plenty of water at night. 

Precautions
Keep out of reach of children under three years old. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (which provides an amount of total monacolina less than 3 mg). Supplements are not intended to replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product should not be consumed by pregnant or lactating women, children under 18 years of age, and adults over 70 years of age. It is advisable to consult a doctor’s opinion on the consumption of the product if you have any medical condition. Do not take if you are taking cholesterol medications or other products containing fermented red rice. Berberine may cause occasional stomach pain or induce constipation. In such cases, it is recommended to take the product with a full stomach or increase fluid intake during the day.
