How to take
Take two capsules a day, divided into two doses, preferably on a full stomach after the main meals (lunch and dinner).

Folic Acid - 200mcg, Vitamin B12 - 2.5mcg, Vitamin B6 - 1.4mg, DHA - 900mg, EPA - 180mg.
Precautions
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not take if you are hypersensitive to fish. Neuralex contains omega-3 fatty acids from fish. It should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
