Description
Vitamin K is subdivided into two groups (vitamin K1 and vitamin K2). It is a fat-soluble vitamin needed in three types of critical processes that occur in our bodies: blood coagulation, regulation of bone mineral content and integrity of blood vessel walls.

How to take
