How to take
Take one tablet a day, preferably after breakfast.

Precautions
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Not recommended for use in individuals with hyperuricemia. Not recommended for children under 3 years of age. Continuous use for 1 or 2 months is recommended, followed by an equal period of rest. Do not combine with warfarin. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
