How to take
1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime. With dry hands, place the tablet under the tongue and allow it to dissolve naturally. It can then be swallowed without the need for water.
Composition
Per 1 tablet: Melatonin - 1.90 mg, Chamomile (containing at least 0.3% Apigenin) - 80mg.
