How to apply 
Apply to the inside or outside of the eyelid to draw attention to your eyes and achieve intense eye makeup.
Classic line: On the upper eyelid, apply just above the eyelashes working from the inner to the outer corner.
Smoky eye: Apply to the line of the upper and/or lower eyelashes, fading with a cotton swab or brush.
