How to take
Easy to take, Boost capsules should be taken daily with a glass of water. Take for a minimum of 3 months.

Composition
Extract of the aerial parts of Venus's Hair (Adiantum capillus-veneris), capsule of vegetable origin (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, chlorophyllin colouring), extract of acerola fruit (Malpighia glabra), including vitamin C, zinc citrate; nicotinamide (vitamin B3), maltodextrin; cupric gluconate (copper); pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; folic acid (vitamin B9); D-biotin (vitamin B8); sodium selenite.
