Description
Keraton Neon Colors toner is an innovative product that offers a neon effect in natural light and a surprising shine in black light. Suitable for bleached hair or highlights (shades between 10 and 11), the lighter the hair is before application, the brighter and more vibrant the result will be. The formula is enriched with Cystine, the richest part of keratin, which restores shine to the hair. It also contains Solvakert, a special fixing blend developed by Kert, which guarantees greater colour hold and durability.
The product is cruelty-free, not tested on animals, and compatible with any chemical treatment. The colour lasts up to several washes, depending on how the hair is cared for.

How to apply
Wash hair with shampoo and do not use conditioner.
Remove excess water with a towel, put on gloves and apply the product evenly all over the head, massaging gently.
Wait up to 30 minutes and rinse thoroughly until all excess product has been removed.
