How to use
Pour the powder into the bottle and fill up to the marked line (240 ml) with boiled and cooled water. 
Carefully place the cap on the bottle, cover the opening of the cap with your finger and shake until the powder is completely dissolved. 
Position slightly reclined over the sink. Place the nozzle in one nostril and press the bottle for the solution to enter your nose. Breathe calmly and the solution will exit through the other nostril. Repeat the same steps in the other nostril. 
After washing, gently blow your nose.
