How to take
Take one ampoule a day, preferably before breakfast. It can be diluted in water or fruit juice. Alternatively, the ampoule can be diluted in a liter and a half of water to be drunk during the day.

Precautions
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Do not use if pregnant. Should not be taken while breastfeeding, as they may alter the taste of breast milk. Not recommended in cases of bile duct obstruction, in patients with gastritis, duodenitis, peptic ulcer, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel diseases and neurological diseases accompanied by tremors or convulsions. It is not recommended in case of kidney failure, estrogen-dependent breast tumors and pharmacological treatments with estrogens. It is not recommended for use in children under the age of six. Due to the bitter content of Dandelion, it can cause hyperacidity and heartburn in sensitive people. Supplementation with medication should be discontinued due to stimulation of liver activity. Interactions may occur with antiplatelet therapy. Due to the presence of milk thistle, when taken together with yohimbine or phentolamine it has an antagonistic effect. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
