The Progressive Smoothing Cream Keratreat promotes hair alignment through a combination of ingredients that can straighten, reduce volume and provide definition to curls, taking care of each hair type.
Its formulation with Plant Keratin, Murumuru Butter, and Glyoxylic Acid ensures hair that is smooth, strong, and healthy, while maintaining the natural balance of the strands, reducing frizz, and providing more shine and softness.

How to apply
  1. Wash your Hair
    Wash your hair with a shampoo of your choice, preferably using the Keratreat Anti-Residue Pre-Straightening Shampoo for better smoothing and discipline. If necessary, repeat the washing process twice.

  2. Apply the Product
    With the hair dried using a dryer, apply the product with a brush, spreading it with a comb on fine strands from the roots to the tips. Keep a distance of 0.5 cm from the scalp, applying the product only to the strands.
    Leave the product on for up to 40 minutes - the longer the action time, the greater the fixation of the product on the strands and the greater reduction of volume.

  3.  Rinse
    Partially rinse according to the intention of disciplining the strands; the more rinsed, the smoother the straightening process will be. A quick and superficial rinse allows for greater adherence of the product during the drying process. Since Keratreat is a progressive straightening agent that requires a heat source, the variation in results depends on the amount of product left on the strands, combined with drying and the use of a flat iron.

  4. Choose the treatment
  • Sealing (Discipline and Treatment)
    After the determined pause time, rinse the product from the strands well with water only. Dry the strands 100%, use a brush to detangle the hair and, if necessary, use a small amount of leave-in with thermal protection to detangle the hair. Use the flat iron on wide sections at a temperature of 180° to 200°, passing three to four times per strand to achieve hair cuticle alignment and a disciplining treatment.
  • Botox (Alignment and Volume Reduction)
    After the determined pause time, gently rinse the hair, noting that there is still product on the strands. Dry the hair and do a brushing. If necessary, use a small amount of leave-in to facilitate brushing. Use the flat iron on medium sections at a temperature of 200° to 230°, passing four to eight times per strand to achieve a reduction in hair volume.
  • Progressive (Perfectly Smooth)
    After the determined pause time, minimally rinse the product from the hair. Dry the hair, doing a brushing to straighten the roots, length, and tips very well. If necessary, use a small amount of leave-in to facilitate brushing. Use the flat iron on fine sections at a temperature of 200° to 230°, passing twelve to twenty times per strand to achieve perfectly smooth hair.

Note: In not all of the above treatments it is necessary to rinse the hair after using the flat iron. If you choose to wash on the same day, wait for the strands to cool down before washing. Finalizing is optional.
