Description
Effervescent powdered fruit salt for adults and children aged 12 and over.
How to take
Recommended daily intake: 1 to 2 sachets a day. Do not take more than 2 doses (2 sachets) a day.
Preparation: Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in a glass of water (about 250ml) and drink while effervescent. Take as needed. Do not take the second dose (sachet) less than 2 or 3 hours after the first.
Precautions
Do not take Eno if you have heart, liver, or kidney problems. You have high blood pressure. You are allergic to sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate, citric acid, or any other ingredient in this product. You are following a low-salt diet. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Do not take Eno for more than 14 days. This product reduces stomach acidity and may interfere with medicines you are taking. Do not take at the same time as medication. This product may cause mild irritation of the stomach and intestines including belching or flatulence. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before taking Eno. Do not exceed the recommended dose. In the event of an overdose, consult your doctor.
