Directions for Use: Take 1 measure (15 ml) per day, preferably before breakfast. Can be diluted in water or fruit juice. Alternatively, it can be diluted in one and a half litres of water to be consumed throughout the day. Subject to deposition, shake well before use. May undergo slight changes in colour, smell, and taste without affecting its quality. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects (sorbitol).

Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet, nor a healthy lifestyle. Due to the bitter substances present in Dandelion, hyperacidity and heartburn may occur in sensitive individuals. Supplement intake should be spaced out from medication intake due to the stimulation of hepatic activity. Interactions may occur with antiplatelet therapy. The presence of Milk Thistle can have an antagonistic effect when administered simultaneously with yohimbine or phentolamine. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
