How to take
1 bottle a day, every day continuously.
Can be taken without water due to its ready-to-drink format.

Opening the bottle: to remove the white cap, lift up and pull the strip through the perforation. Release the white cap from the bottle. Press the button that protrudes so that the powder is distributed in the liquid. Shake the bottle well until the powder is completely dissolved. Then remove the cap and take immediately.
