How to apply
Place a pea-sized amount of your preferred natural toothpaste on the bamboo toothbrush. Move the bamboo toothbrush in circular motions (for about 3 to 5 seconds per tooth) on the inner and outer surfaces of the teeth. Spit and brush the tongue in downward motions. Finally, rinse, dry, and store your bamboo toothbrush.
