Description
Biofibra is indicated for cases of constipation, stomach discomfort, and uncontrolled appetite. It contains active bifidus which has a prebiotic, laxative, and purgative effect. The fibres contained in this supplement promote satiety, control glucose, reduce cholesterol, contribute to proper intestinal functioning, and allow for better nutrition of the intestine.

Biofibra stimulates intestinal peristalsis, improves the absorption of vitamins, specifically the B complex.
FOS are non-caloric oligosaccharides with prebiotic action (they selectively promote the growth of acidophilus and bifidus, making them active), showing very positive effects on the intestinal elimination process, as well as on cholesterol and triglycerides.

How to take
Take one tablet fifteen minutes before lunch and one tablet fifteen minutes before dinner, with a large glass of water. In case of greater need, you may take two tablets fifteen minutes before dinner.

Composition per daily dose: Cereal fibres 90mg; kiwi fibres 90mg; ficus carica (fig) 80mg; prunus domestica (plum) 80mg; FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides) 80mg; pyrus malus (apple pectin) 60mg; plantago psyllium (psyllium) 40mg; plantago ovata (ispaghula) 40mg; passiflora incarnata (passion flower): 20mg.
