How to take
Take 1 capsule per day with breakfast and plenty of water.

Composition
Bulking agent: cellulose.
Anti-caking agents: magnesium carbonate, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, apple fibers (Malus domestica Borkh.).
Rapeseed oil (Brassica napus subsp. napus), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) extracted from lichen.
Antioxidant: rich in tocopherols.
100% plant capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
