How to take
Take 4 cisoas per day, 2 cisos for breakfast and 2 cusulas for lunch, with plenty of water.

Composition
Cryoground whole grain bread of bio ginseng root (Panax ginseng C.A. Mey.).
Void of 100% vegetable seed: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
