How to take
Take 2 cisomas a day, for breakfast, with plenty of water.

Rhizome (in pã³) and rhizome extract of turmeric bio (Curcuma longa L.).
Bulking agent: gum of action, extract of bio black pepper (Piper nigrum L.).
Void of the plant seed: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
