Ansioplant Night contains the active ingredients of melatonin and passionflower to give you a restful night's sleep.
Melatonin is a hormone released naturally by the pineal gland, which is located in the brain. It is produced when there is no light and its function is to regulate the biological clock, making us sleepier at night and more alert in the morning.

How to take

Composition
Per capsule: Asperula - 180mg, Passionflower - 100mg, L-Glycine - 50mg, Melatonin - 1.9mg.

Should not be used in pregnant or breastfeeding women. The daily dose should not be exceeded. This supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children.
