In addition to vitamins A, E and C, zinc, bilberry and blackcurrant extract and other ingredients, it contains lutein and zeaxanthin which are liposoluble, yellow pigments that are concentrated in the macula of the eye.
How to take
Take 1 capsule a day with 240ml of water.
